We delivered the finished cabin by crane truck and set it in place. The ski resort spreads out in front of it, and in winter guests can watch the snow from the sauna.

Customer words

We tried it and it was better than we imagined, so we decided to buy on the spot. We are very happy with it in use, and the reaction from guests has been very good.

Before installing, we were worried about using it in a cold climate and about delivery, but the advice and explanations beforehand let us go ahead with confidence.

Questions

Sauna questions from property owners

01How should I include a sauna in a stay at a pension or small hotel?

A lodging in Karuizawa chose Dice Comfy for its outdoor bench, which holds towels and buckets. In a Niseko example, the Saunature app sets the temperature in advance so the sauna is warm on arrival. Tell us how you would like guests to use it, who would use it and where you would like to put it.

02Which sauna should I consider for a pension, hotel or cottage in Myoko Kogen?

Browse the Sauna cabins and HUUM sauna heaters pages. We check indoor or outdoor conditions, foundation, delivery route and electrical capacity, then choose a product that suits how the property is used.

03What should I prepare for a 200V power supply?

We check the electrical capacity before choosing a product, and wood-fired HUUM HIVE heaters are also available.

04Can guests use the sauna in winter?

In cold regions an indoor sauna is less affected by outside temperatures and snow. For an outdoor sauna, COCO VILLA Niseko has a covered deck so guests can cool down outside even on snowy days.

05How do I start a sauna enquiry?

Tell us where the property is, who will use the sauna, where you would like to put it and your preferred timing.
